List the calling user's current focus-coaching suggestions (0-3 short cards: habit at risk, stale goal, overcommitted day, break due, streak to celebrate). Cards are computed live from existing habits, goals, tasks, and focus sessions - nothing is persisted server-side. Each card has a stable `dismissibleKey` clients can suppress repeats with.
