List activity feed
Read onlyatlas_activity_feed_list
List the tenant activity/audit feed with optional entity, actor, action-prefix, and ISO date-range filters plus a keyset cursor. Returns enriched entries (actor name/email/kind, verb, target label, timestamp) and a nextCursor for pagination. Use this to answer "what changed" / "who did X" questions.
