The quickest way to reach us depends on where you are. If you are signed in, open the help menu inside Atlas to search answers and start a conversation without leaving your workspace. To help us resolve things on the first reply, include what you were trying to do, what happened instead, your workspace name, and a screenshot or link when you have one. The more context you share, the faster we can help.
Many questions have an instant answer in our self-serve resources, available around the clock. Our product documentation at /docs explains every feature, setting, and integration in depth, and it is the best place to start when you want the precise how.

We aim to reply to every message within one business day, and we often answer sooner. Our hours follow standard business days, so requests sent over weekends or holidays are picked up the next working day.
Enterprise plans include faster, severity-based response targets so urgent issues get prioritized attention. You can review the specific commitments in our service level agreement at /legal/sla.
If Atlas is not behaving as expected, check our live status page at /status before you write in. It shows the current health of every service and a full history of past incidents, so you can see at a glance whether an issue is on our side.
You can subscribe on the status page to receive updates by email when we open, update, or resolve an incident, so you always know where things stand.
We take the safety of your data seriously and welcome responsible disclosure from the security community. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it privately to security@wrxstack.com rather than sharing it publicly, and give us a reasonable window to investigate and fix it before disclosure.
For details on our practices, controls, and how we handle reports, see /security. We will acknowledge your report, keep you updated, and credit researchers who help us keep Atlas safe.
For plan changes, invoices, payment methods, and refunds, email support@wrxstack.com and include your workspace name so we can find your account quickly. We can help you upgrade, downgrade, update billing details, or retrieve a copy of any invoice.
If you are requesting a refund, our terms and eligibility are described in the refund policy at /legal/refund-policy. We will always be clear and fair about what applies to your situation.
Larger organizations get a dedicated experience built around their needs. Enterprise customers work with a named success manager, get help with security and compliance reviews, and receive hands-on onboarding to roll Atlas out across teams smoothly.
