Atlas is an AI-native, all-in-one work platform built on a single data model. We are remote-first, deliberately small, and senior. If you want to do high-leverage work on enterprise-grade software, we would love to hear from you.
Most teams lose hours every week to work that should never have existed: copying data between tools, reconciling half-synced records, and stitching together a stack that was never meant to fit together. Atlas exists to remove that work.
We are building one calm platform, on one data model, that replaces a sprawl of disconnected apps. When everything lives in the same place, the busywork disappears and people get to do the work that actually matters.
Because the platform is broad and the team is small, the work here is unusually high-leverage. What you build is used by real teams, and you see the impact quickly.
We are remote-first and async by default. We write things down, we keep meetings rare, and we trust people to own their work end to end.
The team is small and senior, so there is little process to hide behind and a lot of room to make decisions. We ship, we listen to customers, and we iterate. We aim for calm, not chaos: steady progress over heroics.

Remote-first means real flexibility in where and how you work. We care that you build a working life that is sustainable, not just productive in short bursts.
You will have meaningful ownership of your area and a direct hand in a product used by teams around the world. We keep a calm operating cadence and protect focus time. We tailor the specifics of an offer to the person and the role rather than promising one-size-fits-all numbers.
We keep the process short and respectful of your time. In most cases it looks like this: an intro conversation to get to know each other, a practical exercise or a review of your portfolio, a few conversations with the team, and a clear decision.
We try to give you a real sense of the work, and we aim to tell you where you stand without leaving you waiting.
