This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs what you may not do with Atlas Task Manager. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.
1. Prohibited content
You will not upload, transmit, or store content that:
- Violates law or infringes third-party rights (IP, privacy, publicity, or otherwise).
- Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits minors in any way. We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.
- Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or incites violence against individuals or groups.
- Harasses, threatens, defames, or intimidates others, or facilitates stalking.
- Contains malware, viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
- Discloses another person's private information without authorization (“doxing”).
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonates another person or entity.
2. Prohibited activities
- Unauthorized access to, interference with, or disruption of the Service, systems, or networks.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without our written authorization. Good-faith security research under our Security & Responsible Disclosure policy is welcome.
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass rate limits, access controls, or authentication.
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting at scale beyond published API limits.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) from or through the Service.
- Using the Service to train generalized AI/ML models, mass-aggregating data in a manner that violates another user's privacy, or reselling the Service without written permission.
- Violating the terms of third-party services connected to the Service (for example, Google, Microsoft, GitHub, or Anthropic terms).
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action proportionate to the severity, which may include: issuing a warning, removing or quarantining content, revoking integrations, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement. Serious violations, including CSAM, result in immediate suspension and reporting without prior notice.
4. Reporting abuse
Report suspected AUP violations to abuse@wrxstack.com. Include URLs, timestamps, and any relevant context. For urgent threats, contact local emergency services first.
