The fastest way to keep a workspace tidy is to let it label itself. When a new task is created, a rule can apply a label automatically, so triage starts from an organized list rather than a pile.
This template is the built-in Auto-label every new task recipe in Atlas. Its trigger fires on task creation, and its single action applies the label you pick when you install it.
Because it is a real automation, it runs server-side on every matching event, so the labelling is consistent and immediate rather than dependent on a person.
