Document Studio

Document Studio is the top-level home for every document-shaped workflow. It gathers the Library, PDF Studio, Contract Hub, and Document Sign into one module so a file, a contract, or a signature request is never buried under sales. Each surface keeps its own route and can be opened directly; Document Studio is the shared front door.

• PDF Studio opens on its tool catalog: thirty-seven tools, grouped and searchable, covering PDF to Word, Word to PDF, PDF to Excel, merge, split, compress, rotate, crop, watermark, redact, protect, unlock, OCR, compare, summarize, translate and the rest. Your documents are one click away from the same screen
• Contract Hub for the contract lifecycle, approvals, renewals, and evidence
• Document Sign for envelopes, signer routing, reminders, certificates, and audit
• Opening a document from the Library takes you to that document, not to a module catalog

• Contract Hub, Document Sign, and PDF Studio moved here from the Growth module. Every route is unchanged, so existing links and bookmarks still resolve.
• The Library shows records you already have access to; it never widens permissions.
• A source-only upload previews from its stored source and a fully versioned document opens in the editor, so a document never opens to a blank canvas.

1. 1Open Document Studio from the sidebar, or press Cmd-K and type "document studio".
2. 2Start in the Library to find a document by name across PDFs, wiki, and the knowledge base.
3. 3Click a PDF to open it in the workspace focused on that document.
4. 4Open PDF Studio to see every tool at once. Search it by what you want to do, for example "word" or "compress", or narrow it with the category tabs, then pick the tile. Your documents are behind the first control in the header, so the tools and the files you already have are on the same screen rather than one hiding the other.
5. 5Move between Library, PDF Studio, Contracts, and eSign from the tab strip at the top of each surface.

Where did Contracts, eSign, and PDF Studio go?

They moved out of the Growth module into Document Studio, their own top-level module. The routes are the same, so anything you had bookmarked still works.

Where are the PDF conversion tools, like PDF to Word?

On the PDF Studio home. It lists every tool as a tile, grouped into organise, convert, edit, secure, sign, optimise and AI, with a search box above them. For a time that page opened straight on your documents instead, which left the tools reachable only by their own addresses; it now shows both, with the documents as the first control in the header.

What is the Library?

The Library at /documents is a single searchable list of every PDF, wiki page, and knowledge-base article you can access. It is the front door to Document Studio.

Why does opening a PDF take me to the workspace and not a plain viewer?

The workspace opens focused on the document you clicked, with its source preview and every operation ready. This works for every record, including source-only uploads that do not yet have an editor version.
