    What this connector does

    • Search companies and contacts a page at a time.
    • Find companies showing buying intent for a topic.
    • Enrich one company or contact when you ask, which uses ZoomInfo credits.
    • Read the credits and requests used and left on the account.

    Before you begin

    • You are an owner or administrator of your Atlas workspace.
    • You have your own ZoomInfo account and know the credentials the form asks for.

    How to connect

    1

    Open ZoomInfo in Integrations

In Atlas, open Integrations and select ZoomInfo.

    2

    Enter your ZoomInfo credentials

On the connector page, fill in the form with the following: ZoomInfo username, ZoomInfo password. Atlas stores the values encrypted and does not show them again.

    3

    Press Connect

Atlas saves the credentials and shows the connection on the page.

    4

    Check the connection

Select Test connection on the connector page. A passing result means Atlas can read from ZoomInfo.

    Setup checklist

    1. Confirm you are an owner or administrator of your Atlas workspace.
    2. Open Integrations and select the connector.
    3. Enter the credentials of your ZoomInfo account and press Connect.
    4. Select Test connection and read the result.

    Troubleshooting

    • Connect says ZoomInfo is not available yet

Atlas has not enabled ZoomInfo for this deployment, so there is nothing for you to configure. Check again later.

    • The credentials are refused

Select Test connection after saving. If ZoomInfo refuses the credentials, check each value in your ZoomInfo account and enter them again.

    Event notifications

Atlas does not yet receive events from ZoomInfo. It reads ZoomInfo when you run an operation, so what you see is current at that moment.

    Events Atlas listens for

    • None yet. Atlas reads this connector when asked and does not receive events from it.

    Disconnect and data deletion

    1. Click Disconnect on the Atlas ZoomInfo connector page to delete the stored credentials.
    2. Change the password in ZoomInfo if you want to stop it working everywhere.

When you are ready, open the live connector page and press Connect to finish connecting ZoomInfo.
