    What this connector does

    • List the calendars on the connected Google account.
    • Read the events in a time window.
    • Create, update, or delete events when you run an operation that does so.

    Before you begin

    • You are an owner or administrator of your Atlas workspace.
    • You can sign in to your Google Calendar account and approve access for Atlas.
    • Atlas looks after the Google Calendar app on its side, so there is nothing for you to create or copy.

    How to connect

    1

    Open Google Calendar in Integrations

In Atlas, open Integrations and select Google Calendar.

    2

    Press Connect

Atlas sends you to Google Calendar to sign in. Sign in with the account you want to connect.

    3

    Approve access

Review the permissions that Google Calendar lists and approve them. Atlas returns you to the connector page, which then shows the connection.

    4

    Check the connection

Select Test connection on the connector page. A passing result means Atlas can read from Google Calendar.

    Permissions Atlas asks for

    Read calendars and eventshttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly
    Create, change, and delete eventshttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events
    Account profileopenid email profile

    Setup checklist

    1. Confirm you are an owner or administrator of your Atlas workspace.
    2. Open Integrations and select the connector.
    3. Press Connect and sign in to Google Calendar.
    4. Review the permissions that Google Calendar lists and approve them.
    5. Select Test connection and read the result.

    Troubleshooting

    • Connect says Google Calendar is not available yet

Atlas has not enabled Google Calendar for this deployment, so there is nothing for you to configure. Check again later.

    • The sign-in was cancelled

If you close the Google Calendar screen or choose Cancel, Atlas does not connect. Press Connect again and approve the access.

    • Atlas asks you to reconnect

Google Calendar can end a connection when access is revoked or a password changes. Press Reconnect on the connector page and approve the access again.

    Event notifications

Atlas does not yet receive events from Google Calendar. It reads Google Calendar when you run an operation, so what you see is current at that moment.

    Events Atlas listens for

    • None yet. Atlas reads this connector when asked and does not receive events from it.

    Disconnect and data deletion

    1. Click Disconnect on the Atlas Google Calendar connector page to end the connection.
    2. Open https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove the Atlas app for the connected account.
    3. Atlas deletes cached calendar metadata within 24 hours of disconnect.

When you are ready, open the live connector page and press Connect to finish connecting Google Calendar.
